What's in my head?

I got hard family news today of dear ones who are struggling. I have been migrain susceptible all week and after the second long conversation today, my head is pounding. The computer isn't the best place for me, but I am waiting. Soon we are supposed to have a date that I am not sure I am up to. 2 kids left to get in bed. After shopping today I just sat in the car for like 10 minutes. Thinking. Praying. Not wanting to leave the quiet.
